The exterior and interior of the villa is characterized by soft minimalism. All materials used are natural with a characteristic texture: brick, plaster, wood, travertine. At the request of the customer, the building refers to the Mediterranean style in the conditions of the Russian winter.
The central core of the house contains the kitchen area, dining room and large living room. This block has access to the facade from all four sides, so the space is illuminated by natural light and has beautiful views of the landscape from the outside. Private zones of the house diverge from the central core in four directions.
