Status

The project combines five different villas connected in a complex. Low hight, terracotta plaster and large glazed openings combined make the complex very material, tactile and concise. All materials both in the interior and exterior are natural and environmentally friendly. The complex is located among the evergreen rice fields, which can be viewed from the second floor of the private terraces of each villa.

On these terraces customers can enjoy beautiful sunsets and sunrises. The design of each villa has its own feature, whether it is a spiral staircase or a second light, which adds individuality to the architecture and interiors. In addition, each villa has its own swimming pool.

The project was originally called "hanging gardens", because the second floor partially hangs over the courtyard, forming canopies in front of the pools. According to the planning solutions, the villas have 2 or 3 bedrooms with an ensuite bathroom each bedroom has a bathroom.
